All fees include French tax (10% VAT). They cover the welcome cocktail on Wednesday 17^th, the two lunches of Thursday 18^th and Friday 19^th, as well as refreshments and coffees during breaks. After May 14^th, they will be raised by 20%.

For Young Researchers (Post-Doc and PhD)

If you wish to apply for funding (€200), please send a single PDF file containing your CV and a motivation letter (2 pages max.) to youthesab2026@gmail.com before the 31^th of March 2026. Do not proceed with payment until you have been notified of the funding selection results (April the 15^th), as the amount will be deducted from your registration fee.

To attend the Youth Event on June 16^th, registration is free but mandatory. Simply tick the relevant box in the registration form.
