First, you have to create an account and validate it via the email you will receive at your email address. Then, you have to log in and fill in the ‘My Registration’ and ‘My Submission’ forms in the ‘My Space’ menu.

All fees include French tax (10% VAT). After April 30th, they will be raised by 20%. They cover the welcome cocktail on Wednesday 17th, the two lunches of Thursday 18th and Friday 19th, as well as refreshments and coffees during breaks.
For Young Researchers (Post-Doc and PhD)
If you wish to apply for funding (€200), please send a single PDF file containing your CV and a motivation letter (2 pages max.) to youthesab2026@gmail.com before the 31th of March 2026. Do not proceed with payment until you have been notified of the funding selection results (April the 15th), as the amount will be deducted from your registration fee.
To attend the Youth Event on June 16th, registration is free but mandatory. Simply tick the relevant box in the registration form.
